We are the premier destination for playing chess in the Capital Region. Players here range from absolute beginners to masters. Some players enjoy playing fast 10 minute games while others prefer abstaining from the clock. Here you will find players whose age hasn’t crossed the double digits play against players over 50. Here you will find a place that will always welcome you to play chess.

Come play chess here for the first three weeks free on us. Thereafter, a year’s membership is 35 dollars for adults and 25 dollars for children and students. We also offer a family membership plan where the first child’s membership is 25 dollars followed by each addtional child being 15 dollars.
What to Bring
Chess board and pieces-if you have them. If not, that’s ok! One of us will happily lend you ours.
